Hi, I’m Isabel – a Career and Leadership Coach helping leaders and emerging leaders unlock their potential.

I’ve lived and worked across the US, UK, France, Spain, and now Germany, meeting incredible people with diverse backgrounds and inspiring stories. These experiences reinforced my belief in the power of human potential and the impact of thoughtful guidance.

I discovered my passion early on: connecting with people, understanding their aspirations, and supporting meaningful growth. For most of my career, I’ve worked in CX and Design Thinking with global brands such as Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, and Hyundai Motor Europe, creating experiences that truly put people at the centre.

I realised that great leadership, like great design, starts with understanding people. Coaching is about reflecting on where you are today, exploring where you want to go, and co-creating a path to get there – one step at a time.

My mission is to empower leaders and emerging leaders to clarify their vision, strengthen their presence, and take intentional steps toward meaningful goals.
